This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 10 am–8 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (516) 518-4020. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 61 reviews, which is a strong result for a diesel repair shop in Brooklyn and suggests consistent service.
Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Brooklyn is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I had such a great experience with this shop! My check engine light came on, and they were able to quickly diagnose the actual underlying problem with my car rather than just treating the symptoms. The service was fast, professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. What really stood out to me, though, was how kind and accommodating everyone was. I had some work to get done while my car was being serviced, and they were so nice to let me use their office/waiting area so I could work comfortably. That level of hospitality really meant a lot to me. Excellent service, honest pricing, knowledgeable people, and genuinely kind staff. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be coming back! 🚗👏

I had my car repaired here today and had a great experience. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly knows their work. Parking was easy, and if you call ahead, they’ll do their best to fit you into their schedule. They have a large inventory of parts, and if something isn’t available, they can usually order it quickly at a reasonable price. The mechanics are skilled and trustworthy. The manager and owner are also very friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. I care a lot about my car, and from now on, this is where I’ll be bringing it for repairs. If this review helps anyone make a decision, I can honestly recommend this shop with confidence. Good luck to these hardworking guys who do honest work and take pride in what they do. Highly recommended!
